Taking place on the afternoons (UK time) of 20-21 September, this conference organised by the Royal Aeronautical Society’s Greener by Design Group will consider the non-CO2 climate effects of aviation. The programme will include expert speakers from across the world engaged in research and developing ways to mitigate these climate effects, which include contrails and emissions of oxides of nitrogen. The conference will also hear from those considering what impact the alternative fuels being developed for aviation will have on these effects. This will be a hybrid event and delegates will be able to take part in-person in London or virtually.
