Guiding over 2.5 million flights (2019) - carrying some 240 million passengers - is no mean feat – but thanks to a combination of state-of-the-art technology and the expertise and dedication of our amazing people, that’s what we achieve over the course of a year. And it’s what makes NATS such an interesting, exciting and rewarding place to work.
In November, we launched our latest round of Early Careers opportunities for students to join us on undergraduate placements, degree apprenticeships and Graduate schemes in a number of different areas. There are lots of really exciting vacancies open for 2022, including schemes in Engineering & Technology, People & Transformation, Finance & Analytics and Safety & Cyber – just to name a few!
At NATS we believe increasing diversity is vital for several reasons, not least because we always need to expand our pool of talent (both male and female) as our needs evolve, but also because we have some truly ground-breaking developments on the horizon. Individuals who bring different perspectives, skills, life experiences and backgrounds help us be at the forefront of our industry.
Join us as we speak to several women from across the organisation about their experiences as women in the industry, their journeys into NATS and what their roles entail.
Please note, the link will take you to Microsoft Teams where you can register your participation.
